RTW signed a 10-year lease for 13,815 sq. toes on the whole third ground of the Studio Gang-designed constructing at 40 10th Avenue between West thirteenth and West 14th streets, a supply with information of the deal mentioned. Asking rents within the 10-story property vary from $140 to $200 per sq. foot.
The agency first took area at 40 tenth in 2019, when it inked a deal to maneuver its places of work from Chelsea to 14,082 sq. toes on the whole seventh ground. RTW plans to maneuver into its new area by the top of the 12 months, the supply mentioned.
The 160,000-square-foot 40 tenth Avenue, developed by Aurora Capital Associates and William Gottlieb Real Estate, completed building in 2019. The glass tower, which overlooks the Excessive Line, is understood for its prism-like curtain wall that avoids casting shadows.
Different tenants within the constructing embody Barry Sternlicht’s Starwood Capital Group and Genesis Motors, the luxurious division of Hyundai Motor Firm, which opened a 40,000-square-foot showroom on the bottom ground.
ACA’s Jared Epstein represented the landlords in-house, together with JLL’s Howard Hersch, Brett Harvey and Sam Seiler. CBRE‘s Silvio Petriello, Ben Friedland and Hugh McDonald dealt with the deal for RTW. The CBRE and JLL brokers declined to remark.
